Location

Reel North Outfitters is located on an island at McTavish Lake. Our fly-in camp offers great northern Saskatchewan fishing, where we are the only outfitters on the lake, so the only people you are likely to see are the ones that fly in with you. Lake trout & northern pike are the predominant species, but fishing is just part of what you will enjoy at Reel North Outfitters. We are located on the Canadian Shield, which gives us a unique and picturesque setting. It is home to an abundance of birds and animals. Eagles, loons, otter, mink, caribou, moose and bear are but a few of the many species of wildlife you might see.

To get to McTavish Lake you will drive approximately 330km north of Prince Albert SK to Missinipe. At Missinipe you will get on a floatplane with Osprey Wings and arrive at McTavish within 20 minutes. Your vehicle will be safe and secure on the premises of Osprey Wings during your stay with us.
